- Ideally you will have at least five years experience in a project environment, using industry-standard methodologies. Must also be able to manage large project budgets and create and manage test strategies. A good communicator at all levels, experienced in managing people and teams.
Our Test Managers typically holds an ISEB accreditation in testing and may also hold project management accreditation.
Other key requirements:
• Appreciation of Configuration / Environment management is desirable
• Consultancy experience – can quickly become part of and lead new teams
• Experience of project process / gap analysis
• Documentation experience
